Damaged or wrong item?
If your item arrives broken, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 3 days of receiving it with a photo, and we'll reprint it for free.
Custom orders
Custom prints and personalized items are made especially for you and can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or wrong.
